- Has 10+ years leadership experience in industry/business.
- Has 10+ years experience working professionally specifically within the recovery field.
- Has experience is behavioral economics, micro expressions, body language, epigenetics or other area relevant to Executive / Leadership coaching.
- Extensive experience in business, clinical psychology or medical and the required certification(s) / training for their specific service type at RecNom.
- Commended and recommended by no less that 10+ professionals (from different sources) in their field, in their specific market. (Yes, we check personally)
- Exemplifies high caliber work ethic, expertise, professionalism and integrity.
